One-page dungeons are perfect for dropping into a campaign or as a one-off game. To a Kobold is a one-page dungeon, from Fortiter Games. It details the lair of a band of kobolds who have been raiding local merchants. Provided, on a single sheet of letter-sized paper, is a keyed map of the lair with brief room descriptions. Also included is a 300dpi JPG of the unkeyed map for use in VTT applications.
We have written To a Kobold with 5th Edition Fantasy (also know as the 5th edition of the world’s most famous (or oldest) fantasy role playing game) in mind. However, you can use it for any fantasy RPG with minimal work. There are no campaign specific elements within the product so it can easily fit into your game.
As this first one-page dungeon from Fortiter Games was originally released on Burns Night there is a slight nod to the great poet himself, Rabbie Burns:
“Wee, sleekit, cowran, tim’rous beastie,
O, what a panic’s in thy breastie!
Thou need na start awa sae hasty,
Wi’ bickering brattle!
I wad be laith to rin an’ chase thee,
Wi’ murd’ring pattle!”
To a Mouse, Robert Burns
